You will find the HUD Property & Preservation Cost Schedules for your state below. This information should help you in your HUD Property Preservation needs. It will also give you an indicator to if you are working for a large property preservation company or a subcontractor.
Just calculate how much a discount is there between these prices. Now these prices only refer to properties owned by HUD.
Please Note: Properties that are owned by banks my pay more than what is listed here.
The industry standards is for subcontractors to subtract, or discount 15-20% off of job payment or allowable. There will also be a discount on bided jobs that ranges from 15-35%. Please refer to the property preservation or REO bank to find out what their guidelines are for their business

Im trying to find the list for Minnesota and it's telling me to use the drop down menu under P & P Cost Schedules Provided. I guess Im having a hard time finding that. lol. Please help!
